Historical information
It first appeared in 1920-5 by Mrs. Rogersos Cheltenham in an exhibition in Britain.
Mr A. W. Smith was very interested for this species and made his personal effort on this.
Its name comes from the region Glocester-shire and from the city gloster in which lived Mrs Rogersos. The civilians of Glosterhire loved the people who were evolved with these birds. Mr John McLay Kirkintilloch a bird judger color borated with Mrs Rogersos to made it common.
This bird was created by 3 other species the mini-boarder, crest roller, and the fife-borders canary.
It finally exist in 2 types the companion consert and corona.
It started rearing in Cheltenham region and they first created the gloster company in 1949-50. Many of they first created are the Mullis, Phillips, Bryant, Lockstone and others. In this way this canary became the most famous and the most favorite of the word. Its size is small and the crowns on its head have to be round, and big round head.
